The label states how many micrograms of iodine a serving contains, with the percentage of the reference intake, also for kelp; that's the number you compare, not the amount of seaweed.

How to compare: the source, micrograms of iodine per serving, the number of servings and the price per serving. Follow the dosage on the label. If you also use a multivitamin or mineral complex with iodine, add up what the labels state together per day.
