This collection contains products with vitamin K, mainly vitamin K2 as MK-7 (menaquinone-7). Most products combine K2 with vitamin D3; there are also formulas with calcium and a tablet with vitamins A, D3, E and K2 together. You can find tablets, capsules and softgels. The label shows the amount of K2 in micrograms (µg) per serving, with the percentage of the reference intake, and usually the form.

For products that are at least a source of vitamin K (at least 15 % of the reference intake per serving), the following applies: Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

How to compare: micrograms of K2 per serving and the percentage of the reference intake, what else is in it, such as vitamin D3 or calcium, the number of servings per pack and the price per serving. Follow the dosage on the label, do not take more than stated and read the warnings. If you take medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist first.
