Collection: Vitamin B13 products

This collection contains B complexes and single B vitamins, such as B12, B6, folic acid and methylfolate (5-MTHF). You'll mainly find tablets and capsules. For B12, the form is stated on the label, for example methylcobalamin. Single B12 is often chosen by people who eat few animal products; a B complex by those who want the B vitamins in one product. Products that combine B6 with another substance, such as magnesium with B6, are also here.

How to compare: which B vitamin, micrograms or milligrams per serving, the percentage of the reference intake, the form and the price per serving. Follow the dosage on the label.

A multivitamin with B vitamins can be found under Multivitamins; all vitamins under Vitamins.
