Collection: Multivitamins25 products

This collection contains multivitamins: products that combine several vitamins and minerals in one serving. You will find tablets, capsules, effervescent tablets, chewable tablets, powders to dissolve and daily packs with multiple tablets or capsules. There are general formulas and formulas sold as a product for women, men or athletes. Some also contain other substances, such as plant extracts.

The label shows the amount per serving for each substance and the percentage of the reference intake. This is how you compare: which vitamins and minerals are in it, how much of each substance, how many pieces make up one daily serving, the number of servings and the price per serving. Follow the dosage on the label and do not take more than stated. If you also use separate vitamins or minerals, add up what the labels state together per day. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

You can find separate vitamins under Vitamins and minerals under Minerals.
