Shots are small bottles or ampoules that you drink in one go, without mixing or weighing. This collection contains shots from across the range, for example with caffeine, amino acids or collagen. They are often taken along in a gym bag or used on days when you have no time for a shake. What's in them and how much is stated per product on the label. You buy them individually or by the box.

How to compare: the content per shot, the flavour and the price per piece or per box. Follow the directions and warnings on the product page.

Pre-workouts as powder can be found under Pre-workout; electrolytes and sports drinks under Sports drinks, gels & electrolytes.
