One tablet provides 680 mg hydrolysed bovine collagen, 180 mg glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, 60 mg chondroitin sulphate, 60 mg hyaluronic acid, 50 mg MSM and 25 mg boswellia extract (16 mg boswellic acids), together with vitamin C (80 mg), vitamin D (50 µg) and manganese (1.8 mg).
