A standard shake is 30 g powder in 250-300 ml; 700 ml leaves room for milk, oatmeal or a double serving without overflowing.
The more air above the liquid, the better it shakes — the reason a 700 ml cup mixes a 300 ml shake better than a 400 ml cup.
Shake for 10-15 seconds.
