Daily Stack Kers-perzik 400 g

Four tubs on the worktop, four scoops, four times washing up — or one. Daily Stack is the tidy route for those who were already combining their daily basics: collagen, glutamine, creatine and leucine, together in one scoop with a cherry-peach flavour.

The doses are simply on the label: 10 grams of collagen hydrolysate, 5 grams of L-glutamine, 3 grams of creatine monohydrate (good for approximately 2637 mg creatine) and 2 grams of L-leucine per 20 gram serving. Honest about the dose: a daily serving here provides 2637 mg creatine, and that is just under the 3 g required by the official EU performance claim — which is why you will not read that claim on this page. If you are looking for the claim dose of 3 g creatine per day, combine this stack with a small extra scoop of creatine monohydrate or choose a separate creatine product.

This is the product for the routine builder: the thirty-something who takes collagen and creatine and wants to keep the morning simple, and the athlete who would rather drink their stack than collect it. Anyone who wants to steer per substance will also find each ingredient as a separate product in the range.

Three grams a day, every day — that is all it asks. Once you have the routine in place, you don't give it up again.
