How do returns work?

1. Read our returns policy: Make sure you first read our returns policy carefully. That way you will be fully informed about the process and know what to expect.

2. Register a return: Click the green button ‘Register a return’ at the bottom of this page to start your return.
By doing so, you automatically confirm that you have read and agree to our returns policy.
