Collection: Oxygen Uptake20 products

Oxygen uptake – a selection of formulas focused on oxygen transport, energy-yielding metabolism and endurance. Expect transparent dosages, short ingredient lists and standardized quality. Think of iron, B vitamins, copper, vitamin C and magnesium; where appropriate you'll also find carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions for sustained exertion.

• Iron – contributes to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport; helps reduce fatigue.*

• B12 + folate (B9) + B6 – contribute to (blood) formation of red blood cells and to normal homocysteine metabolism; help reduce fatigue.*

• Copper – contributes to normal iron transport in the body.*

• Vitamin C – increases iron absorption, supports energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce fatigue; supports the immune system during and after intense exertion (at ≥200 mg extra/day).*

• Riboflavin (B2) – contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and helps reduce fatigue.*

• Magnesium – supports energy-yielding metabolism, electrolyte balance and normal muscle function.*

• Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions – promote water absorption during physical exertion and help maintain endurance performance during sustained exertion (if the drink meets EU composition criteria).*
