Caffeina 200 tabletten

The can of energy drink before the race costs three euros, weighs half a kilo in your bag and delivers a dose whose figure you do not know. One caffeine tablet weighs nothing, costs a fraction and delivers exactly 200 mg — the reason the peloton has been choosing tablets for years.

Each tablet delivers 200 mg of anhydrous caffeine and nothing else but tableting aids. Honest about the law: caffeine carries no approved health claim in the EU — the claims stalled at EFSA — and above 150 mg per serving the statement is mandatory; it is given here in full. What you read is the dose and the rules of the game: one tablet, 30-60 minutes before exercise, never stacked, not after three in the afternoon. Two hundred tablets is a season.

For the cyclist and the marathon runner on race day, the strength athlete on the heavy day, the student in the late-night exam week, the commuter with the long drive — healthy adults who tolerate 200 mg of caffeine and dose consciously. If you are not used to it, start with half a tablet.

Two hundred milligrams, one tablet, two hundred times — caffeine without the can.
