Enzymes are stated in activity units, not only in milligrams: DU for amylase, PC for protease, ALU for lactase, FIP for lipase and CU for cellulase.

The EU has not approved any health claims for the enzymes, the plant extracts (milk thistle, artichoke, chamomile, fennel) and the other components of Digest Aid; for plant substances the assessment is 'on hold'. The amount of choline from 50 mg of choline bitartrate is below the 82.5 mg threshold that applies to a choline claim. That is why you read no effects here, only what is in it and how much.
